There are many stories to tell about heroic grandparents.  Our Grand Power website is the perfect place to share.  A “Grand Story” will be told every other month and a library of those stories will be accessible. We will draw stories from the early days of PKU all the way up to the present.  Grandparents have played a very important part in the progress of PKU management, research, funding and education.

Our first “Grand Story” is about Dick Michaux, grandfather of Tia, age six.  He cycled all the way across America to raise funds for the National PKU alliance (NPKUA) and to raise PKU awareness. His entire adventure is recounted on the PKU Cycle America Website.
